* 4 cups ripe mangoes peeled and chopped * 2 cup yogurt * 1 cup milk * 6 tablespoons sugar (Adjust to taste) * 2/8 teaspoon cardamom powder * 2 tablespoon chopped mint leaves (Optional) * 6 cups crushed ice or ice cubes,(use as needed)
1 Blend yogurt, mango, and 2 tablespoons sugar and taste before adding more sugar. 2 How much sugar is used depends on the sweetness of the mango and the yogurt. 3 Add and cardamom powder and blend. 4 If it is too thick, add some water to desired consistency. 4 Pour into a tall glass and garnish with mint leaves. 5 ice and cardamom powder and blend again.
